Catastrophic injury claims defender David Brown has joined corporate law firm Bond Pearce as a senior associate specialising in casualty risks.
He has previously for BLM and DWF, and specialises in big ticket claims such as brain injury, spinal cord injury, amputee cases and fatalities.
Brown has worked on employers’ and public liability, motor claims and criminal and Health and Safety Executive prosecution work. He has managed the insured client relationships where large deductibles were involved and has acted for insurers, claims handling agencies, police authorities, and local authorities.
