Keoghs has appointed two senior personnel to its team – a new partner specialising in disease claims, Carrie Hoey, and a new commercial director, Andrew Spice.
The law frim said that the appointments follow another year of rapid expansion in which headcount increased by 12% to 827, creating 88 new jobs across the firm’s Bolton, Coventry and Manchester sites.
Previously an associate at Halliwells, Ms Hoey joins Keoghs’ expanding disease team and will act for the firm’s insurer clients in claims relating to asbestos exposure, deafness, hand-arm vibration syndrome and other work-related illnesses.
Mr Spice joins from Royal Mail Group where he held various senior appointments, latterly leading the Post Office’s Financial Services division. In addition he has held a range of non-executive directorships within industry and the public sector. He will have responsibility at board level for Keoghs’ business development, marketing and product development strategies.
