APIL president Muiris Lyons will say this week that the Government is failing to see the “bigger picture” for injured people in its reform of the civil justice system.
Mr Lyons will tell guests at the annual President’s Luncheon on Thursday that a ‘big society’ should put the interests of injured people ahead of those who cause needless injury or their insurers.
