Insurance Medical Reporting use the Proclaim operating system developed by Eclipse and enhanced by our in-house IT team. The system features business-to-business linkage and a web based case tracking and management information access facility. This enables the fast and effective passage of information in a paperless environment. All correspondence can be accepted and actioned electronically by email and routed directly from fee earner to case handler.

Proclaim is subject to regular offsite back-up to maximise system security and integrity. The system also features a client reminder facility, sending a SMS text message to the client as a reminder prior to their medico legal appointment to ensure maximum attendance. IMR continue to focus on service delivery through the excellence of their systems and reliance on IT support.

Proclaim features a powerful report generator, which enables the preparation of bespoke management information tailored to each business partners needs. As an overview, the standard reports deliver information such as:

IMR also have the ability to view expert diaries and book and manage appointments with our expert panel using a web based expert management tool. This facilitates the faster turnaround of appointments and reports as well as reducing not attendance.
