It’s not just Lord Sugar who recognizes the importance of encouraging young talent. Insurance Medical Group is proud to be collaborating with local Apprenticeship provider ITEC North East Ltd. When it came to recruiting two new Administration Assistants, it was obvious that these would be ideal placements for Apprentices looking to get their feet onto the career ladder and pursue an NVQ qualification in Business Administration. We therefore approached ITEC North East Ltd, who were able to supply a number of candidates for interview, and from these we were delighted to offer Apprenticeships to Katie Wilson and Abigail Askwith. Katie and Abigail joined us in March and April respectively and we hope they will both go on to enjoy long careers with the Group and take advantage of the opportunities that will occur due to the continued growth of the business.
