Every member of staff at IMG plays a vital role in the smooth operation of our business and we thought it would be nice to start putting faces to the voices that some of you may hear when you call us. This month it’s the turn of Ryan Cuthbert, who is in charge of the Medical Expert & Treatment Liaison Team.
Ryan has been with IMG since 1999 and is the main point of contact for all things relating to medico-legal experts and treatment providers. He is responsible for sourcing medical experts and treatment providers for IMR and Physio-link, and it’s thanks to Ryan that IMG has built up an impressive panel of medico-legal experts covering all specialisms in England (including the Isle of Wight, Isle of Man and Jersey), Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland. To date we have more than 650 locations covered by medico-legal GPs, 450 covered by Orthopaedic consultants and a nationwide network of other disciplines.
Ryan negotiates terms of business with the experts, monitors the volumes of work being sent to each one to ensure turnaround times and service levels are met and reviews their medico-legal reports to ensure they meet our standards and comply with Ministry of Justice requirements.
