Insurance Medical Reporting has been out and about recently, making appearances at Law London on 9th/10th March, the Claims Management Conference on 16th March and the Legal & Medical Conference on 17th March. Customer Survey
Would you believe it’s been almost six months since our last customer survey? May we take this opportunity to say a big ‘thank you’ to all our customers who kindly took part. Your feedback and comments have proved invaluable in helping us to develop our services further to meet your needs. We believe there’s always room for improvement and will be repeating our Customer Survey at six-monthly intervals. Watch out for the next survey coming next month!
New Telephony System
Over the next month, we will be introducing a new telephone system to speed up call answering. In addition to removing the duplicated welcome message when our calls are answered, the new system will ensure you are connected to the correct department faster. The new system will have one automated option to route your call into the business and will allow calls to be routed to your case handler within seconds of it being answered.
