Insurance Medical Group’s CEO and CFO recently completed a Coast to Coast Cycle Ride in aid of Leukemia & Lymphoma Research. Between them, Bryan Irving and Ian Morl have so far raised £2,865, with donations still coming in, and they would like to thank all our customers who sponsored them. The 3-day 140 mile bike ride from Whitehaven to Sunderland took place over the weekend of 13th to 15th May and we’re happy to report there were no injuries during the arduous months of training or the ride itself – and both remembered to dip their wheels in the water at both ends! This was Ian’s second Coast to Coast and Bryan’s first and plans are already underfoot for the 2012 challenge. Accompanying them on the ride were Richard Buckley, David Gordon, Philip Maddison, John Foots, Ian Dawson and Brit Peacock.
