Insurance Medical Group brings together the services of Insurance Medical Reporting and Physio-link Services to create a market leading provider of medico-legal reports and Physiotherapy services.

Insurance Medical Reporting produces over 35,000 medical reports per annum. We are signatories to the Medical Reporting Organisations Agreement (MROA) and are members of the Association of Medical Reporting Organisations (AMRO). We work with solicitors, insurance companies and claims management companies.

Physio-link is a proactive rehabilitation company offering the complete spectrum of rehabilitation and treatment services which are necessary to return a claimant to their pre-accident physical and psychological condition.
Approximately 80,000 physiotherapy appointments are managed through our Physio-link Services network which offers the claimant the opportunity to access the appropriate treatment at a location convenient to them whilst by-passing NHS waiting lists.

Insurance Medical Group has an impressive panel of medical experts with over 3,000 active experts covering all specialisms in England (including the Isle of Wight, Isle of Man and Jersey), Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland. Many of our experts carry out their medico legal consultations from multiple locations meaning the average client travel distance is less than 6 miles. To date we have more than 650 locations covered by medico legal GPs, 450 covered by orthopaedic consultants and over 900 treatment venues nationwide.

We have built a technology platform that provides real benefits for business partners and claimants. Real time information ensures that progress of each case is fully available. Integration with features such as automatic SMS engines ensures that level of client service and delivery are unmatched within the industry. 

Customer service is at the heart of everything we do and IMG work to strict service level agreements set on an individual customer basis.
