Insurance Medical Group (IMG) brings together Insurance Medical Reporting (IMR) and Physio-link Services. The group has been providing medico legal reporting, diagnostics, proactive physiotherapy and treatment services since 1997.

Since our formation in 1997, Insurance Medical Group has grown, not only in staff numbers and turnover but has also become a recognised force within the industry. IMG has recruited some of the industry’s most experienced talent, all of whom share one simple aim – to deliver excellent customer service backed by commercial best practice.

All of the group’s businesses hold the highest level accreditation and comply with The Compensation Act and The Rehabilitation Code. The group adheres to all industry regulatory requirements, ensuring all clients, whether they be members of the public or business partners are provided with the highest standards of service.

Integral to the growth and success of the group is the continual development of its medico legal IT systems. The in–house IT Team ensures that technological solutions deliver real benefits and efficiencies to all clients through use of the internet, mobile technology and real time analytics.
